Horn Stockman
What do you think of these saddles?
I can’t really afford an expensive one right now. $500 at a store is our budget, but online shipping is expensive so..

Thanks, and I don’t care if you say they look cheap or whatever, I want your honest opinion.
P.S. can you return saddles bought online?
Stay away from King Series. They are cheap, garbagey saddles of very poor quality, and you will more than likely be very disappointed with them- buying a saddle merely because it’s cheap can lead to a lot of pain in the long run, and could even damage your horse’s back.
I HIGHLY recommend The Horse Saddle Shop. They do not carry brands of saddles that are crummy, period, and they have free shipping for all saddles (anything over $150 is free to ship). They also have a great and responsive saddle fitting team, tools to help you fit your saddle to your horse, and a pretty awesome return policy if you don’t like the saddle.

Most of the facial moisturizers that are in widespread distribution contain either mineral oil or petrolatum as the active moisturizing ingredient. These petroleum byproducts do not belong in any kind of facial cream, as they are not effective ingredients.
Here are some of the reasons why, and what you should look for that will work for you.
Petrolatum and mineral oil are not effective facial moisturizers because these compounds cannot be readily absorbed by the skin. These ingredients will leave your face with a greasy film, which traps in dirt. They also prevent the skin from effectively releasing toxins that have built up, because they don’t allow the dead skin cells to slough off.
The dead skin cells further block up the pores, which the petrolatum or mineral oils have already sealed tight. For years dermatologists have warned us that the use of petroleum products interferes with the skin’s natural rejuvenation process. This will continue for as long as you continue to use this petroleum based facial cream.
Many people would argue that mineral oil is better for use as facial moisturizers, because it is less viscous than petrolatum. The truth is that one is just as bad as the other, because they are the exact same compound. Mineral oil is actually liquefied petrolatum. You can look it up on Wikipedia.
Men and women have different needs when it comes to facial creams, but the products that are made for each sex are generally identical. The only thing that the cosmetics companies will do to denote the differences is giving the products different fragrances. Women’s products will generally smell sweeter, while men’s will tend to be musky or spicy.
The use of chemically engineered fragrances is something that even dermatologists have suggested that we stay away from, because the chemicals so frequently cause allergic reactions. Many of the chemicals that they use to make fragrances are known to be either toxic or carcinogenic, so try to avoid artificially scented products if you can.
Men typically suffer from more redness and irritation, which is mostly due to shaving. Their skin needs just three natural ingredients in order to solve that problem: Vitamin B5, witch hazel, and capuacu butter, which will help to heal nicks and scrapes, reduce redness and irritation, and provide the skin with essential fatty acids to replenish the natural sebum supply.
Women may wish to use facial moisturizers that contain passion fruit extract for their essential fatty acid needs. Their facial cream also should contain Japanese Wakame brown sea algae, as this ingredient has been use by women in Asia for years to maintain healthy younger looking skin.
Scientific evaluation of these sea algae has proven it to have a variety of vitamins, minerals, and essential fatty acids. These are all necessary ingredients for a facial cream to have in order to keep your skin looking and feeling great.
There are proven natural facial moisturizers out there for both men and women. Sometimes the ones of the highest quality are not the ones that you see advertised.
You may have to take the bull by the horns and get it straight from the source.
